As the golf courses in the Calais & Boulogne region are becoming ever more popular, you must book well in advance to get reasonable tee times. Even then, slow play can be an issue. Here lies the perfect antidote; an ideal location for a golf holiday and golf short break in France. If you have never played the golf courses in Normandy before, redress it immediately. If you want to get there quickly, you can cross the Channel to Calais and then take the new motorway to Rouen (a very easy, two hour drive) or further west into Deauville or Caen.
